I just wanted to thank all three of you for going the extra mile with my client.  I had sent him your way to ask about septic systems a while back and he was initially impressed with the response he got from Michelle and I'm assuming Jeff.

Michelle, thanks for assistance on the gas logs question and Jeff and Jason, many thanks for EXTREME patience at the end of a very long day explaining every aspect of your inspection to my client, and then some. I felt sorry for you having an entourage following you every step of the way, yesterday including a rather testy listing agent, but you both handled it with admirable professionalism!

I know I can count on Elite to do an honest and thorough assessment for either side, but you also do so much to educate and make buyers feel more at ease with their purchase.

And by the way, you were equally helpful with my previous inspection about a week ago in Chesapeake, having to do similar feats with the parents of my client in Wimbledon Chase!
