We are a mulit-inspector, nationally recognized company with NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and hold the highest certification available as "certified master inspector".  We are also licensed in North Carolina and annually inspect in excess of 700 homes.

We have a full time office staff available to you with regards to any questions you may have, electronically send reports to agents/mortgage officers, or to schedule an inspection, as we realize home inspections can be time sensitive.

Our reports are clear, concise and are computer geerated.  The report is available printed on site or via email, in the event that you are unalbe to attend the actual inspection.

Our inspection agreement and payment options are also available via email, fax or can be downloaded from our website,  on our forms page, in the event you may have to be absent at the time of the inspection or are an out of town client.  We accept personal checks as well as MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.
